We have taken the appropriate measures to ensure that your personal information is not unlawfully processed. Schoolwear of Hendon uses industry standard practices to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal indentifiable information, including 'firewalls' and secure socket layers.
During the payment process, we ask for personal information that both identifies you and enables us to communicate with you.
Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of description, specification and pricing there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur Schoolwear of Hendon cannot accept your order.In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer.

Prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT.(please note that young children's clothing and footwear generally has zero rate of VAT.)
We accept payment by Credit Card, Charge Card, Debit Card and American Express. We shall not process any School Uniform orders until we receive confirmation of payment.
Before purchasing you can review your shopping basket and make changes to it if you wish. You will then be asked to provide your credit or debit card details and a delivery address. All orders are accepted and you will then be notified if there are any problems with the authorisation of your card.
You will receive a confirmation email once the order has been received by us, and you will receive a receipt with your purchased items.

You will normally receive your goods within two - four working days, obviously we cannot guarantee this. If you are not normally at home during the day, we can deliver the order to your office or a neighbours home simply fill this in on the delivery address part of the form.
We would like to remind you that delivery on any orders placed between 20th August and 5th September may exceed our current delivery time.
Postage and Packing Cost
For totals under £30.00 there is a delivery cost of £4.50. £30.00 + is £6.95. You will see the delivery charges before you give your card details.
Out of Stock
School Uniform items supplied are subject to availability of stocks at the date of your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your School Uniform may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock. We will inform you as soon as we can if we are unable to deliver your School Uniform within 21 days of your School Uniform order and you may agree an alternative delivery period or you may cancel the order. In no event shall we be liable for any damages or penalty for any delay in delivery.
If for any reason you are unhappy with any School Uniform item that you have purchased from us, you can return the School Uniform item to us in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.You must contact us and be in receipt of a returns authorisation(RA) number before sending any item back. Any product without a RA number will not be refunded.
Order sent incorrectly/faulty goods
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition.If you do not receive your products ordered, please contact us. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact schoolwear of Hendon immediately, this will be given special priority and you can expect to receive the correct item within 72 hours. Any incorrect items recieved all delivery charges will be refunded back onto your credit /debit card.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
